The story of LS Boston Home Staging is simple. A real estate investor needed frequent, quality home staging for his projects. For years, he had scoured the boston area for such service, but found none to be truly satisfactory.
Just like many other businesses in the world, LS Boston Home Staging was born out of a sheer need and belief that it could be done better.
We had lived and breathed real estate for years, backed by a team of top agents who have brokered deals all over Massachusetts. We have honed a keen sense of what works in a home and how to stage to sell homes faster and in ways that commonly attract above asking price offers.

Larissa has long had an affinity for real estate, beginning with her graduation from a college that specializes in interior architecture in Brazil. After several years of working in interior design she made a bold move to Massachusetts to pursue a master’s degree where a chance encounter with a real estate investor ignited her career.
Larissa and the local investor had both realized that there was a lack of high-quality Boston home staging services in the market and LS Home Staging was born out of sheer need and belief that she could confidently and effectively fill the gap in the marketplace for high end homeowners looking to sell their homes as well as for investors just like her new friend and colleague.
As Larissa’s aesthetic quickly drew the attention of top builders and real estate agents in the Boston home staging area her style emerged as being a quality version of “modern contemporary” that was helping potential buyers of the properties she was staging to make quicker and more confident offers. After gaining the reputation of being uncompromising in her selection of furnishings her clients also gained an appreciation for her vision and ability to truly elevate a space with her choices.
After staging over $120,000,000 in real estate in her second year of business, Larissa has established herself as a quality luxury Boston home staging expert amongst high end realtors, investors, and many other real estate professionals. While building a local reputation, Larissa has also built a great following and reputation online as well with over 20,000 followers on social media.
